What data we collect through this website

None. This site consists of static pages: it has no forms, no user accounts, no cookies and no analytics or tracking tools. Browsing it does not involve any collection of personal data on our part.

Hosting and technical logs

This site is hosted on a shared hosting service provided by Hostalia (www.hostalia.com), which we do not administer. Our email is hosted with the same provider.

We keep no browsing logs. The only technical logs that exist (for example IP address, date and page requested) are those the provider itself generates and retains, under the terms set out in its legal conditions, in order to keep the hosting service secure and running properly. We do not use them to identify or profile visitors.

Emails you send us

If you write to info@evoxon.com, the data you provide (your email address, your name if you give it and the content of the message) will be processed exclusively within the framework of a commercial relationship: to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare and manage the relationship with you or your company.

The legal basis is the taking of pre-contractual steps or the performance of a contract (Art. 6.1(b) GDPR) and, otherwise, our legitimate interest in replying to those who write to us (Art. 6.1(f) GDPR).

Retention

If your enquiry does not lead to a commercial relationship, the emails received will be deleted as soon as possible, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and the LSSI-CE.

If a commercial relationship is established, the correspondence will be kept together with the client file and invoicing for the periods required by Spanish commercial and tax law.

Recipients

We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. Hostalia, as the provider of web hosting and email, acts as a data processor under its legal conditions and only for the purposes stated.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@evoxon.com. If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or website changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
